Not sure how many hours you need?

Tell me about your project(s) and I'll recommend

where to start.

  • How do I get started?
    1. Let's get to know each other and discuss the project(s) you have in mind. 2. I'll suggest a package to best meet your needs. 3. Following your purchase, hours are credited to your account and available for immediate use. If you have lots of projects, no problem! You can easily add more hours to your account as needed.
  • What can I use my hours on?
Video production services. That includes pre-production, production and post-production. (e.g. creative, content strategy, filming, editing, distribution, optimization, etc.)
  • How do I use my hours?
Send a text or email. Let me know what you need and when. I'll check availability and confirm. Please note, all film days are charged a 4 hour minimum.
  • Do my hours ever expire?
Yes. You have 6 months to use hours purchased from a 10 and 25 hour package. You have 12 months to use hours purchased from a 50, 75 and 100 hour package.
  • How do you track hours?
Time tracking software. All billable and non-billable hours are thoughtfully and attentively tracked. At this time, I do not have a client login portal but I can send Excel and/or CSV time reports upon request.
  • What equipment is included when I book filming?
Everything you need. All of my personal film production equipment and any additional crew's film production equipment is made available to you. (e.g. top-quality cameras, lenses, tripods, gimbals, lighting, microphones, drone, teleprompter etc.)
  • Who owns the raw footage, project assets and finished work?
You. When you hire KTG Films, all work product is “work made for hire.” That means, you own the rights to everything that is captured and created within the hours you purchase. That said, I (KTG Films) reserve the right to showcase finished work in my portfolio and on social media.
  • How do I pay?
You'll receive an invoice via email. Payment options include: Credit Card, Bank Transfer (ACH) and PayPal. I also accept Bitcoin.
  • When do I pay?
Upfront. Packages are purchased prior to services being provided.
  • Do I get a refund on leftover hours?
No. Each package is non-refundable. That said, I have yet to encounter a client where we couldn't find meaningful ways to allocate leftover hours in the event of an unexpected surplus.
